Oldfield Golf Club Under New Ownership And Management

Oldfield Club, a private community along the banks of the Okatie River between Hilton Head Island and historic Beaufort, S.C., has been purchased by SF Capital, a private company based in Alpharetta, Ga.

After purchasing the club from Crescent Resources LLC in October, SF Capital selected Hampton Golf, the Southeast’s leading golf course management company, to manage the golf course and facilities at Oldfield Club.

Under the management contract, Hampton Golf will add approximately 65 new team members to the company and will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the club’s golf, tennis, food and beverage, aquatics and hospitality services, including booking tee times and managing the facility’s staff and operations.
