Founded in 1990 by Will Stolz, Stolz Partners is an award-winning real estate development company with more than $1 billion of completed projects across the Southeast. Our developments span single-family subdivisions for local, regional, and national homebuilders, apartment-to-condominium conversions, ground-up condominium projects, and large-scale mixed-use communities blending residential and commercial uses.

Will Stolz
Will Stolz formed The Stolz Company (now Stolz Partners, LLC) in 1990. The firm, in connection with McRae & Stolz, Inc., has been involved in single family, resort single family, new construction condos, and condo conversions totaling over 5000 units/lots in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. During the 1980’s, Will worked for Cochran Properties, which was a privately owned, Atlanta-based commercial and multi-family development company, serving as President during his last year.
He has been in the real estate business since 1982 and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Phillip Galbreath
Phillip Galbreath has been a partner since 2009. Prior to joining, he worked in the banking industry. Phillip worked as a Vice President for BB&T in Atlanta for over six years after completing BB&T’s Management Development Program. His primary role at BB&T was acquisition, development and construction lending. In 2007, Phillip moved to United Community Bank. As a Vice President at United, he initially served as a residential construction lender and then moved to REO dispositions in mid 2008. During his tenure with the United REO team, Phillip was responsible for all residential notes sales in Atlanta. He disposed of over $500MM in original loan balances through note and REO sales.
Phillip graduated with a BS in Business from Wake Forest University.
Alec Stolz
Alec Stolz joined Stolz Partners in April 2017 and became a Partner in 2023. At Stolz Partners, Alec leads land acquisitions in the Houston, TX MSA. Prior to joining, he spent 3 years working as an investment associate at Cortland Partners, working on underwriting, asset management, and business plan execution.
Alec holds a BA in Real Estate & Finance from The University of Georgia and an MBA from Rice University.
Amy Strahan
Amy Strahan has been working in SF Capital’s accounting department since 2009. In 2008, she started her bookkeeping business, ABC Bookkeepers, LLC. She entered the residential lending industry in 2003 working for Capital Mortgage Services and then American Home Mortgages. Previously, she worked for Southeast Capital Associates as a Commercial Loan Officer. After graduating college in 1992, she began her career as a financial analyst for Weinberg and Associates.
Amy received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia, majoring in Real Estate.
Stacy Capogrossi
Stacey Capogrossi joined SF Capital in 2021 as the Office Manager. She manages real estate closings, office personnel, and homeowners associations for our communities. Stacey entered the residential real estate industry in 2009, then transitioned to residential development in 2016.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University, majoring in Public Relations.
