The partnership worked diligently to form two MUD districts, a TIRZ district, establish development agreements with city and county municipalities, secure permits and approvals from state and local transit authorities for a frontage road off of Interstate 10, and invested $25M to develop the infrastructure necessary to transform raw land into a vibrant single-family community and a needed commercial node anchored by HEB.
