Will Stolz formed The Stolz Company (now Stolz Partners, LLC) in 1990. The firm, in connection with McRae & Stolz, Inc., has been involved in single family, resort single family, new construction condos, and condo conversions totaling over 5000 units/lots in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. During the 1980’s, Will worked for Cochran Properties, which was a privately owned, Atlanta-based commercial and multi-family development company, serving as President during his last year. He has been in the real estate business since 1982 and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
