Phillip Galbreath has been a partner since 2009. Prior to joining, he worked in the banking industry. Phillip worked as a Vice President for BB&T in Atlanta for over six years after completing BB&T’s Management Development Program. His primary role at BB&T was acquisition, development and construction lending. In 2007, Phillip moved to United Community Bank. As a Vice President at United, he initially served as a residential construction lender and then moved to REO dispositions in mid 2008. During his tenure with the United REO team, Phillip was responsible for all residential notes sales in Atlanta. He disposed of over $500MM in original loan balances through note and REO sales. Phillip graduated with a BS in Business from Wake Forest University.
